Self Reporting Crash link

If you have a crash and there are injuries, $100 damage to your or another’s property or $200 to government property; we recommend calling law enforcement immediately as it is required by law. If you choose not to call in instances where you believed the damage was not $1000 and now you find out it is, you may complete an online crash report form at the following Department of Transportation website: http://wisconsindot.gov/Pages/safety/crsh-rpt/default.aspx
